About the role
Why this role
We are looking for a Talent Development & Community Program Manager to raise the bar on how we grow and connect Evolvers.
You’ll design our Evolver Experience Ecosystem, unifying our learning programs and culture initiatives into one connected experience. You’ll own talent and leadership development programs and New Evolver Onboarding, alongside our community and culture programming including Employee Resource Groups, CSR, and connection events.
This is a builder role, designed for a person who can own a project from ideation and design through delivery and measurement. You'll shape the strategy, put the systems in place, and facilitate in the room yourself.
If you’ve been waiting for a role that puts learning and culture in the same hands (and trusts you to build it!), this role is for you.
What you’ll do
- Drive Evolve's talent and leadership development strategy from design through measurement, connecting learning with culture and community.
- Lead New Hire Orientation (NEO), designing both the content and the experience so new Evolvers understand our business, learn our values, and feel connected to our customer-obsessed and high-performance culture on day 1.
- Build and facilitate leadership development programs, from first-time manager foundations to ongoing leader cohorts, grounded in Evolve's player-coach leadership expectations.
- Plan and deliver the company moments, in person and virtual, that build connection across a distributed team.
- Oversee Evolve’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and related DEIB initiatives, partnering with ERG leaders and Executive Sponsors on charters, budgets, and impact.
- Engage Evolvers in the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility work through our signature Building Hospitality program.
- Leverage AI and other tools to scale our programs through system building, content creation, automating logistics, and tracking impact (not just activity).
What makes you a great fit
- 7+ years of experience in learning and development, talent development or employee experience, including designing and facilitating programs for managers and leaders.
- A confident facilitator who can engage any room, from tenured executives on a virtual call to new hires in our Denver office.
- Experience building learning and culture programs from scratch at a growth company, from onboarding and leader development to ERGs, company events, and workplace experience.
- Technical aptitude: You’re comfortable in the platforms behind your programs, from an LMS or HRIS like Rippling to survey, event, and project management tools. You build workflows and automations, and you turn participation and survey data into impact reports partners can trust.
- AI Fluent & Digitally Agile: You already use AI tools to improve your programs and you're comfortable learning new systems to support your work.
- Strong program management and ownership: You run several initiatives at once, manage budgets and vendors, and hold yourself to clear outcomes, not just completion rates.
- Business acumen and sound judgment: You tie development and culture programs to business priorities and build trust with leaders across the business.
Compensation
Annual base salary range: $125,000 - $135,000 depending on relevant experience.
