As Sr. Manager of GTM Finance for Global Partnerships, you will serve as the primary strategic co-pilot to the VP of Global Partnerships. You will design economic models driving our ecosystem strategy across Cloud Marketplaces (AWS, GCP, Azure), Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), and ISVs—ensuring partner incentive investments accelerate usage-based revenue while achieving profitability goals.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Serve as the primary, trusted financial and strategic advisor to the VP of Global Partnerships and his global leadership team
- Marketplace Strategy (AWS, GCP, Azure): partner with the marketplace and other cross functional teams in R&D, Marketing, GTM to optimize Twilio’s business through cloud marketplaces
- Ecosystem Monetization: design revenue-share frameworks and co-sell incentives tailored to Twilio’s business
- Program & MDF ROI: Build analytical frameworks to measure the return on Market Development Funds (MDF), partner tier rebates, and GSI enablement investments
- Executive Decision Support: Deliver synthesized quarterly board-level narratives on partner-attributed versus partner-sourced trends as well as other strategic partner-related priorities
- Long-Range Planning: lead global partner forecasting, capacity planning, and multi-year investment modeling
- Unit Economics: Define, build, and monitor critical partner metrics including Partner-Sourced vs. Partner-Influenced Revenue, Margin-Adjusted CAC, and payback periods
- Commercial Models: Partner with Sales and Legal to evaluate, model, and approve non-standard partner contracts and bespoke commercial structures
- Develop robust financial models for new market expansion, evaluating the build-vs-buy-vs-partner economics for emerging international regions and product integrations
- Partner closely with Corporate Accounting and Commission teams to ensure accurate, timely accruals for partner rebates, referral fees, and MDF contra-revenue adjustments
- Own the global forecasting, budgeting, and month-end accruals for global partnership programs and incentives
- Collaborate with RevOps, GTM Systems, and Data Engineering to build scalable, automated reporting infrastructure
- Forge cross-functional alliances to identify margin drivers and scale cost-efficiency within the partner ecosystem.
- Execute agile scenario planning and ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership regarding partnership investments.

Required:
- 8+ years of FP&A experience in a progressive financial role
- Strong financial modeling skills, with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
- Excellent business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and problem-solving across multiple teams
- Ability to work independently and think strategically
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly proficient with Google Sheets or Excel
Desired:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience with Anaplan, Tableau, Looker, and Oracle a plus
Location
This role will be remote, but is not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA.
Travel

Compensation
*Please note the salary range information provided applies only to candidates residing in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington D.C., and Washington State due to local requirements. Compensation for candidates in other locations will be discussed during the hiring process. Please note that hiring for this role is not restricted to the locations listed above.
The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:
- Based in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont or Washington D.C. : $141,520.00-$176,900.00.
- Based in New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay area): $149,840.00-$187,300.00.
- Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $166,400.00-$208,000.00.
- This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and corporate bonus plan. All roles are generally eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
