Senior AI Delivery Engineer (Remote)

Who You Are

You are a seasoned AI delivery engineer / architect who brings: 

• Hands-on experience designing and delivering production AI solutions, agents, copilots, automations, or generative AI applications for enterprise customers. 
• Deep expertise in at least one enterprise AI platform, such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, Gemini Enterprise, Anthropic Claude, ChatGPT, or a comparable platform, with the ability to become productive quickly on a second. 
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise identities, permissions, APIs, business applications, documents, knowledge bases, and data sources rather than working only with curated demonstrations. 
• Strong understanding of retrieval-augmented generation, grounding, embeddings, vector or hybrid search, prompt and flow engineering, model selection, evaluation, guardrails, observability, and human oversight. 
• Demonstrated experience delivering directly to enterprise customers through discovery sessions, use-case workshops, technical design discussions, prototypes, build reviews, user testing, and knowledge transfer. 
• Ability to translate business processes and user needs into practical AI experiences, technical designs, implementation plans, and measurable outcomes. 
• Strong written communication and a track record producing clear solution designs, prompt and flow documentation, implementation guides, test plans, governance materials, and executive recommendations. 
• Working knowledge of APIs, authentication, data integration, scripting, low-code or pro-code automation, source control, and testing practices. Cloud engineering experience is a plus, not a requirement. 
• Ability to manage multiple technical workstreams, make sound decisions with incomplete information, and maintain delivery quality in dynamic client environments. 

About The Role

Myriad360 is seeking a Senior AI Delivery practitioner who combines hands-on experience building enterprise AI solutions with the presence, judgment, and communication skills of a trusted client consultant. This person will lead the technical delivery of AI enablement, agent creation, automation, and applied generative AI engagements from align through production adoption, while supporting pre-sales solutioning when opportunities require advanced AI expertise. 

AI is the center of gravity for this role. The successful candidate must be able to turn business priorities into working, governed, measurable AI solutions using platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft Foundry, Google Gemini Enterprise and Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, Anthropic Claude, and ChatGPT. Cloud engineering knowledge is valuable, but it is not a prerequisite. The role is designed for a builder who can design the AI experience, connect it to real enterprise data and systems, explain the tradeoffs, guide adoption, and turn successful delivery patterns into repeatable services and reusable assets. 

Must be based in the United States. Travel up to 25% may be required.

• You are equally credible in an executive workshop, a customer discovery session, an AI prototype, and a technical design review  
• You have moved AI solutions beyond demos into real user workflows with enterprise data, security, governance, measurement, and adoption considerations  
• You can simplify complex AI choices without oversimplifying risk, limitations, or tradeoffs 
• You have created repeatable AI delivery methods, service offers, agent patterns, prompt libraries, reference solutions, or enablement content that other teams successfully adopted 
• You demonstrate a client-first mindset, strong ethics, curiosity, accountability, and a bias toward measurable outcomes. 
• Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies to the requirements section 
• Identify and escalate security risks to the appropriate Executive Leadership Team member and actively contribute to remediation efforts

Desired skills and experience: 

• Lead AI delivery with client teams. Own the technical AI workstream in partnership with Adoption and Change Management teammates across align, design, implementation, adoption, and close. Facilitate working sessions, use-case prioritization, prompt and flow design, build reviews, testing, and executive readouts. 
• Build enterprise AI solutions. Implement agents, copilots, automations, knowledge experiences, and generative AI workflows that are grounded in real business processes, enterprise data, identity, permissions, APIs, and systems 
• Translate business outcomes into AI execution. Connect client priorities, user needs, operating constraints, risk considerations, and value measures to practical AI use cases, solution designs, implementation plans, and measurable deliverables 
• Validate the technical and adoption approach. Build proofs of concept and working prototypes that test edge cases, grounding patterns, integrations, model choices, evaluation methods, guardrails, human oversight, and user experience before the delivery team commits to production 
• Create reusable AI intellectual property. Develop reference architectures, agent patterns, prompt and flow libraries, evaluation approaches, labs, participant guides, assessment tools, implementation playbooks, governance templates, and other assets that make future engagements faster and more consistent. 
• Support strategic pre-sales as needed. Partner with sales, solution architects, and practice leaders on discovery, whiteboarding, technical validation, estimates, proposals, and Statements of Work when deeper AI expertise is required. Ensure delivery lessons improve future scoping. 
• Provide technical leadership. Guide multidisciplinary teams, establish AI engineering and quality standards, mentor colleagues, perform solution and prompt reviews, resolve technical blockers, and provide clear recommendations to client and Myriad360 leaders 
• Contribute to growing the Cloud and AI practice. Contribute to service-offer development, enable sellers and delivery teams, share field feedback, and help strengthen methods, governance, responsible AI practices, and quality across engagements. 
• Enterprise agents and copilots, including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Cowork, Google Gemini Enterprise and Agent Platform, Anthropic Claude, ChatGPT, and comparable enterprise platforms.
