  • Assists proposal writers, business development staff, technical subject matter experts, and partners by coordinating information requests, documenting meeting outcomes, and reporting status updates.
  • Assists with maintaining proposal resources, shared content libraries, and internal process documentation.

  • Experience gathering information from multiple contributors and organizing it into clear written materials or proposal documentation.
  • Experience tracking tasks, deadlines, documentation, or deliverables across team-based projects.
  • Experience preparing meeting materials, documenting action items, and following up on assigned tasks.
  • Experience working collaboratively with writers, subject matter experts, project teams, or internal business partners.
  • Foundational knowledge of proposal development or comparable deadline-driven document-development processes.
  • Advanced beginner proficiency in professional writing, editing, proofreading, grammar, and document preparation.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
  • Foundational project coordination skills, including maintaining schedules, tracking assignments, and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow solicitation instructions, templates, checklists, and established procedures.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to request information and provide clear status updates.
  • Ability to manage assigned tasks across concurrent proposal or project activities while seeking guidance when needed.
