The Role
We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to join our Strategy & Foundations team, embedded in a strategic product program for one of the world's leading dealership management software providers.

You will collaborate closely with our Digital Strategist, User Researcher, Service Designer, and Technical Architect to translate research insight and strategic thinking into tangible, testable product concepts across multiple product areas. The focus is on speed of learning - moving quickly from idea to prototype to validated concept, before engineering investment begins.

This requires someone comfortable navigating complex challenges, iterating rapidly, and using prototypes to test assumptions, explore ideas, and inform design decisions rather than simply producing finished designs.

You'll collaborate regularly with stakeholders and customers across the UK and US.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Rapidly conceptualize and prototype new digital product features across multiple product areas
• Design interaction flows and UI concepts for both customer-facing and dealership-facing touchpoints
• Build low-to-high fidelity interactive prototypes for use in user testing and stakeholder sessions
• Work with Technical Architects to validate that proposed UX solutions are technically feasible
• Establish design patterns and UI guardrails aligned with the client's design system standards
• Ensure smooth handoff of validated concepts to downstream delivery pod designers

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating concept-led design, interaction design, and prototyping across complex digital products
• Strong prototyping skills - able to move quickly from sketches and wireframes through to high-fidelity interactive prototypes
• Ability to translate abstract strategic opportunities and research insights into clear, user-centered design concepts
• Experience collaborating with technical architects or engineers to assess design feasibility
• Strong visual communication skills with a solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where designs are expected to be tested and iterated, not perfected

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or data-heavy product environments
• Familiarity with automotive retail, dealership workflows, or operational back-office software
• Experience contributing to or extending an established design system
• Proficiency in Figma, Miro
• Prior experience working within a strategic or discovery-phase team ahead of a major product build
