Job Description:
We’re hiring Cruise & Resort Booking Agents who want to work remotely, enjoy flexible hours, and help clients plan their dream vacations. You’ll get access to premium tools, exclusive rates, and full training to help you thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with selecting and booking hotel accommodations
- Provide accurate information on hotel options, amenities, pricing, and availability
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth client experience
- Stay informed on travel trends and hotel offerings
- Participate in virtual training sessions and team meetings
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, positive, and client-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access
- Interest in travel and hospitality
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales is beneficial but not required.
