1177 - Shopify Store Specialist- (E-commerce expert)

We need an English-fluent Shopify Store Specialist- (E-commerce expert), based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers to drive repeat orders, and manage product reviews and post-purchase communication.

• Plan and run email campaigns that support retention, promotions, and new product launches.

• Create new product listings, and update titles, descriptions, prices, and variants such as size, color, and yardage.

• Upload and update product images, and keep every listing clean, consistent, and on-brand.

• Monitor inventory daily, and fix out-of-stock, incorrect, or broken listings.

• Handle daily store tasks, including organizing collections, setting up discount codes, and updating homepage and promo banners.

• Keep the catalog organized so customers can find products easily across a large SKU and variant count.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience with the Shopify admin, including products, variants, collections, discounts, and inventory.

• Background in e-commerce operations or customer service.

• Strong attention to detail and comfort managing a large product catalog.

• Organized and reliable with recurring daily tasks.

It's a plus:

• Experience with Klaviyo or another email marketing platform.

• Experience with Shopify review, loyalty, or rewards apps.

• Experience with fabric, craft, apparel, or home goods stores.

Compensation:

• The salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,000 - $3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.

• This position is for a full time contract, through a payroll platform.

• The talent will work remotely allocated at our client.
