Join the team as our next Senior Executive Business Partner within the R&D organization at Twilio.

Who we are & why we’re hiring

Twilio powers real-time business communications and data solutions that help companies and developers worldwide build better applications and customer experiences.

Although we're headquartered in San Francisco, we have presence throughout South America, Europe, Asia and Australia. We're on a journey to becoming a global company that actively opposes racism and all forms of oppression and bias. At Twilio, we support diversity, equity & inclusion wherever we do business.

About the job

You will provide proactive calendar management and organizational support to two R&D VP’s, effectively balancing multiple priorities and navigating ambiguity with confidence. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with your executives and fellow support team members to help drive execution of key team initiatives aligned with business goals. You'll act as a trusted central point of contact for your executive’s direct reports as well as the broader teams. You'll be part of a highly skilled, collaborative group of Executive Business Partners and Administrators, working together to support strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Strategic Calendar & Priority Management: Partner closely with executives to understand business priorities, proactively stack-rank incoming requests, and manage complex calendars. Exercise independent judgment and discretion to make decisions on behalf of leaders, protecting their time while redirecting non-essential requests.

  • Proactive Time & Workload Insights: Serve as a trusted advisor on time management and calendar efficiency, anticipating business needs while maintaining the highest standard of discretion and confidentiality.

  • End-to-End Travel & Logistics: Oversee complex domestic and international travel end-to-end, manage expense reports, and lead event logistics for high-impact leadership meetings, special projects, and team initiatives.

  • Team Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for the executive’s direct reports, building strong cross-functional relationships to drive priority initiatives and surface operational roadblocks early.

  • Offsites & Event Execution: Lead the end-to-end planning and execution for executive offsites and strategic team gatherings—managing budgets, venue selection, stakeholder alignment, and post-meeting action item tracking.

  • Internal Communications Support: Facilitate team all-hands meetings and assist with team messaging logistics—including scheduling broadcasts, managing distribution lists, and posting internal communications on behalf of leadership.

  • Peer Collaboration: Partner with peer Executive Business Partners across departments to ensure alignment with broader R&D and company-wide strategic objectives.

  • Business Acumen & Growth: Develop a comprehensive understanding of business drivers to effectively support leadership, drive team efficiency, and foster continuous personal and professional development.
