As a Workday Architect (Finance), you will play a pivotal role in shaping our corporate technology landscape and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology solutions. Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of IT solutions such as Workday Finance to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT leaders, and cross-functional teams to understand business needs, challenges, and strategic goals.
• Understand the integrations landscape, gather and analyse Workday integration requirements form tech prospective, ensure technical cohesiveness of the solution across all functional areas
• Lead efforts to define, prioritize, and execute initiatives that align with business requirements.
• Guide the architecture of custom Workday solutions, adhering to best practices and scalability. Suggest improvements, modifications and extensions.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of custom solutions, from conception to post-implementation support from tech perspective.
• Drive effective incident and problem management for corporate IT solutions, ensuring timely resolutions.

Requirements:

• Proven implementation/migration of Workday ERP
• Strong understanding of Workday architecture, modules, business processes, and integration capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Efficient management of integration (outsource) teams, resources planning and related risk management.
• Familiarity with industry best practices and trends in enterprise architecture.
• Workday certification(s) would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in architecting solutions for security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver results within specified timelines.
• Experience with cloud technologies and other ERP systems is a plus.
