We’re looking for a Website Manager who will oversee the development, maintenance, and performance of the company's websites. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing best practices in web management, and driving key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance the website's effectiveness and user experience.

This is a high impact role where you’ll be working cross-functionally with many different teams and key stakeholders. 

WHAT YOU’VE ACCOMPLISHED… SO FAR:

  • You have 3-5 years managing websites, including managing a build/re-build
  • You demonstrated success in improving findability and engagement
  • You designed user journeys to retain visitors and move them through the site to qualification
  • You maintained your knowledge base and are up to date on the latest tools, technology, and algorithm changes to improve the website’s search engine ranking
  • You coordinated with content creators to ensure high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content is regularly published

HOW YOU’LL RAMP:

By Day 30, you will: 

  • Learn about the Sisense solutions
  • Create a relationship with the external website agency
  • Understand the challenges with the current web properties and be engaged on the strategy to improve
  • Establish KPIs related to website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates and begin to monitor trends

Day 60...

  • Evaluate all plug ins and create a plan to update/remove 
  • Have a strategy for the re-skin in advance of a solution launch  
  • Report initial trends

Day 90...

  • Optimize the current site 
  • Have a plan for the re-build with milestones outlined
  • Collaborate with the security team and have a perspective on site security

Depending on your location, you may need to work from a Sisense office once or twice a week, in accordance with any policies in effect at the time.

CO Posting: The base pay range for candidates located in Colorado is $130,000-$160,000 (/yr). The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to market location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, experience and training, education, skill sets, and other business and organizational needs. A bonus, equity, commissions, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered. This position may be considered a promotional opportunity. The disclosed salary range represents an estimate of the base compensation for candidates who can or will be located in Colorado. This range may vary with respect to candidates whose primary work location is outside those jurisdictions.

NYC and CA Posting: The base pay range for candidates located in New York City and California is $130,000-$160,000 (/yr).
