Swenson He is seeking a skilled and highly motivated Web Developer to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in both front-end and back-end web development, with the ability to fully set up a website independently. We are looking for someone who is interested in contributing to our growth and providing high-quality web solutions to our clients.

Requirements

1. Design, develop, and maintain websites using various web technologies.

2. Collaborate with our team to create visually appealing and intuitive interfaces for our clients.

3. Develop back-end website applications.

4. Ensure the functionality and efficiency of web infrastructure.

5. Deliver on project timelines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

6. Ensure website design is optimized for smartphones and other mobile devices.

7. Keep abreast of latest and emerging technologies.

8. Conduct website testing and debug pages as required.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Web Developer with a strong portfolio.

2. Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.

3. Experience with back-end technologies including PHP, Python, Ruby, Java, .NET, etc.

4. Understanding of web servers, such as Apache or Nginx.

5. Experience with version control, such as Git.

6. Degree in Computer Science, IT, or relevant field.

7. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.

8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• As part of the recruitment process, we will provide a brief challenge to assess your skills and approach to website builds. The onboarding process will include building the Swenson He website as an exercise and proof of skill.
