VP, Financial Planning and Analysis (Head of FP&A)

As the VP of FP&A (Head of FP&A) you will be a hands-on leader that will have the opportunity to build and shape our financial analyses, budgeting and financial modeling capabilities from the ground up and be a key contributor to supporting the growth and scalability of the company.

• Lead the overall effort to scale the support provided by FP&A team and build a culture of data-driven decision making across the company. 
• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement appropriate frameworks to evaluate and make decisions quickly.
• Partner with the Sales team to evaluate new opportunities, enhance pipeline forecasting, and plan sales compensation.
• Partner closely with the Accounting Controller on continuous improvement in reporting and compliance, especially as we grow in new geographies.
• Partner with the CFO and CEO on long-term forecasting modeling linked to strategic plan.
• Own and drive the company-wide budgeting, forecasting, reporting processes.
• Enhance the detailed cash flow forecasting model and cash tracking process.
• Partner with HR and business leaders on headcount planning.
• Identify new insights and build / enhance metrics and KPIs.
• Partner with founders and CFO on any M&A or financing activities across the group.
• Perform Return on Investment analyses for new products and perform ad-hoc analyses as needed.
• Refine revenue forecasting model in line with GAAP accounting standards and partner with the sales.
• Own the equity options process for Reify Health.
• Coordinate with the subsidiary Finance team on investor reporting, and identifying revenue and cost-saving opportunities through cross-selling and leveraging resources.
• Consolidate financial forecasts and reporting for Reify Health.
• Partner with CFO and CEO to support Board and Investor Reporting for the group.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or an Engineering degree with an MBA. (MBA preferred)
• 12+ years of work experience (experience within a growing SAAS or startup business is preferred)
• Excellent financial modeling capabilities
• Self-starter who will get into the details and build structure in a dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of GAAP Accounting including software revenue recognition
• Experience working with senior leadership, company controller and leading across departments or function 
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
