The Role: Visual Designer- Remote

This full-time remote Visual Designer position will be responsible for designing materials, presentations, and collateral for the Training and Events Departments, as well as material for learning management systems, and media for a variety of EOS platforms and end-users. You will collaborate with departments across EOS to produce materials that serve to instruct while ensuring the brand experience and helping EOS reach a goal of 100,000 companies running on EOS by 2030. A core function of the job will be designing training materials, presentations, and digital learning management experiences, and maintaining IP while following the primary brand and style. Our ideal candidate has a substantial portfolio of successful instructional material design, understands a wide range of design applications across platforms, and is an expert with the Adobe Creative Suite.

The person will report directly to the EOS Worldwide Brand and Creative Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work very closely with Training, Events, Marketing, Partnerships, and Tech departments on materials and deliverables
  • Work with our instructional training experts to create on-brand educational materials such as manuals, workbooks, guides, Powerpoints, and presentations
  • Create illustrations, collateral and other materials as needed
  • Advise on UX/UI and help develop assets for our website design team
  • Develop style and visual elements for designed pieces
  • Present ideas and finished designs to stakeholders and applicable teams
  • Help maintain EOS’ library of digital assets
  • Maintain IP across all product lines and the brand

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Portfolio of extensive designs used in successful educational spaces
  • Experienced in UI/UI web design
  • Exceptional creativity and innovation
  • Experience working with a in-house, agency creative team or print house
  • Experience with both print and electronic media
  • Attention to detail as it relates to design elements, spelling, punctuation, grammar, and IP
  • Ability to self-manage timelines and workflows, multiple competing priorities, and balance time-sensitive inbound requests
  • Time management and organizational skills

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of EOS a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, visual design or a related field
  • Direct entrepreneurial experience or working for an entrepreneurial organization a plus
  • International graphic design experience a plus
  • SaaS marketing design a plus
  • Working knowledge of collaborative workspace tools such as G-Suite, Slack, and other such tools a plus
  • Digital portfolio and resume

Location:​ Work from home position with occasional work travel

Compensation: $60,000-$70,000/year base salary with the potential for a merit-based bonus plus health benefits, flex-time, 401k match, monthly tech stipend, flex PTO, FSA, and more!
