Visual Designer

Job Brief:

Responsibilities:

• Study design briefs and determine requirements 
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements 
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas 
• Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand 
• Work with copywriters and account managers to produce the final designs 
• Test graphics across various media 
• Work with other graphic designers in the department for success 
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Skills Required:

• At least 3 years of experience working at a design agency or any organization requiring visual designs  
• At least 3 years of experience handling the above responsibilities stayed above for different top-tier brands 
• Proven graphic designing experience 
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics 
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) 
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines 
• Swift and reliable 
• Top Notch Creative skills 
• Ability to handle deliverables and meet deadlines without being supervised.
