Visual Communications Designer

We are proud to be selected by WhatsApp as one of only a few partners worldwide to exclusively provide access to and develop solutions for the WhatsApp Business API. We provide solutions for major brands like IKEA, REWE, PepsiCo, Carrefour, KFC, ALDI, Pizza Hut, and over 40,000 customers worldwide. • Create digital illustrations (images) for website pages, social media posts, and other marketing materials
• Develop engaging motion graphics and videos for advertising campaigns and social media
• Create and refine presentations (Google Slides) and flowcharts for internal and external use
• Assist with website design, including designing buttons, icons, and other visual elements

Requirements

• Proactive, motivated, and able to both work independently and collaborate with the team
• Able to generate multiple unique design solutions and prioritize among them
• Experience in B2B with a focus on creating visuals that resonate with the target audience
• Strong background in creating advertisements and videos
• Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, Google Slides; Premiere Pro is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail; structured and accurate work
• Effective communication skills, able to work well with peers, customers, and media partners
• Good understanding of the overall messenger ecosystem
• Near-native English fluency; proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, or German is a plus
