Virtual Executive Assistant

Viaggio Partners is looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team!

This position will be working alongside our CEO and Operations Manager to support our daily functions. We are growing FAST and are looking for our next joyful team member to support our leadership team with the following tasks:

• Gmail inbox management
• Assist with buildout and implementation of project/task management software for internal operations
• Project management, coordination and support
• Appointment scheduling, meeting and travel coordination
• Responding to messages and emails and handling personal tasks for the CEO
• Document preparation and formatting
• Information research (related to management software, accounting industry, and personal/ad hoc requests) as needed
• Opportunity to develop and maintain our social media presence

Our ideal candidate will have:

• 2-3+ years experience in an Executive Admin role preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Impeccable attention to detail 
• Deep understanding of Google Workspace (Gmail and Drive)
• Experience with task and project management software like Asana, ClickUp, Smartsheet, or similar a plus
• Experience with Calendly a plus
• A desire to build authentic and supportive relationships with team members, clients and candidates
• While not required, recruiting and/or hiring experience (specifically applicant tracking system/software) in a remote environment and/or accounting industry knowledge would be a major bonus!

The pandemic was a tipping point for adopting remote work in a new, more intentional way, and we found ourselves pivoting towards a new approach to hiring.
