As a Virtual Assistant here at Intelligent Technical Solutions, your mission is to provide exceptional administrative support, streamline processes, and foster effective communication, enabling our Director of Projects and Design Desk Manager to excel in their roles and drive project success.
Job Responsibilities
- Streamlined Administrative Processes: Implement efficient workflows, reducing processing time and enhancing productivity.
- Effective Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate seamless information flow and coordination among stakeholders, ensuring enhanced collaboration and timely decision-making.
- High-Quality Administrative Support: Deliver exceptional support, contributing to the effectiveness and productivity of our project leadership team.
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative support roles, with a focus on process optimization and efficiency.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and foster collaboration.
- Attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in virtual collaboration tools and technology-driven solutions.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing correspondence, organizing documents, and providing proactive administrative support.
Job Requirements
- A home office set up that meets the following:
- A working computer (minimum 8gb RAM), i5, Windows10, MacOS BigSur 11
- Stable internet connection (at least 5mbps download and upload)
- HD webcam/camera
- A quality headset with noise cancellation feature for meetings
- A mobile phone that has the capacity to install the Microsoft Authentication app
- A very strong cultural fit the ITS way (Our core values will be discussed during the interview).
- Able to work full time 40 hours a week - 8AM to 5PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) from Monday to Friday
- Able to pass our online behavior and cognitive assessments.
- Able to provide NBI Clearance (eventually)
Compensation:
Pay rates start at $4.00/hr upto $5.00/hr and vary by experience and location.
