Description Our client, in the financial space, is looking for a UX Writer / Conversation Designer to join their team for a 12 month period. This role is fully remote and requires you to be available at a full-time capacity, approx 38 hours/week.

As a UX Writer / Conversation Designer, your role and responsibilities include:

- Partnering with designers to create content for digital experiences.
- Actively collaborate with designers to ideate and create content for online digital platforms.
- You will be working closely with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Product teams to ensure compliance with editorial standards and best practices comply.
- You have experience managing stakeholder consultations and presenting work to various audiences, incorporate feedback, and ensure the steps are followed to obtain sign off from stakeholders and partners.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and practices.
- Share your knowledge and UX expertise to help build the content.

As a UX Writer / Conversation Designer, your qualifications:

- 2+ years experience as a professional UX writing.
- Excellent writing and editing skills along with strong attention to detail.
- Experience working as part of a larger design team, partnering with UX designers and product owners.
- Strong knowledge of the UX design / writing process.
- Experience working in a large financial institution, preferable in Insurance or Banking.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment.
- Growth mindset and an openness to taking on new challenges and learning new concepts/skills.
- Experience working in Agile methodology an asset.
- Experience with Figma, Jira and Confluence.
