Interaction design: Craft user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that communicate your design ideas and let you test your assumptions.
UX research experience: Get hands-on with user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and other research methods to learn more about users and guide our design choices.
User-centred design approach: Tap into users' needs, desires, and behaviours to create intuitive and captivating product experiences that they'll love.
Design system savvy: Experience in building and taking care of a design system, complete with component libraries, style guides, and design patterns.
Data analysis chops: Flex your skills in analysing and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data to drive design decisions and business strategies.
Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate effectively with different teams, including product managers, engineers, stakeholders and other designers.
Proficiency in design tools: Expertise in using design tools, ideally Figma, After Effects, InVision, Midjourney.
Prototyping using Unity 3D is a bonus.
Creative Cloud is a bonus but not required.
Please note we are unable to sponsor visas for this position so are only able accept applications from those who are located within either the UK, Portugal or Spain and hold a right to work in these locations.
We are a remote team so you can work at a place that suits you. We operate across different timezones so flexibility is built in. We focus on outcomes rather than presenteeism and aim for work/life harmony rather than balance. Kids, cats and dogs often show up on our Google Meet calls and we are fans of walking meetings when you don’t need to be at a screen. Of course we’ll supply you all the IT kit of your choosing. We offer a culture that’s supportive and encourages authenticity with inclusion at the heart of our decision making.
Most importantly, we are united in the mission to provide universal access to free healthcare education and we are unapologetically bold in our aims to transform the sector.
