Local Dallas/Ft Worth candidates are highly preferred.

Requirements

Position Overview:

 

As a UX Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in helping us create user-centric products and services. We are seeking an experienced researcher with a strong background in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. You will be responsible for conducting research to uncover user insights, identify pain points, and inform product decisions across our B2C and B2B lines of business.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research studies to gather user insights and inform product development.
  • Utilize mixed methods research to provide a comprehensive understanding of user behaviors and preferences.
  • Act as a strong advocate for UX research, fostering partnerships with cross-functional teams and consistently earning the trust of stakeholders.
  • Facilitate collaborative research sessions and workshops to promote a user-centric mindset within the organization.
  • Proactively establish and maintain partnerships with product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate research findings into the product development process.
  • Conduct field research as necessary, and be willing to travel locally to gather insights from users in their natural environments.
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure research findings directly influence design decisions.
  • Create and maintain a portfolio that showcases your work and research strategy to demonstrate your impact on product development.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, User Experience, or a related field.
  • Proven experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research in both B2C and B2B contexts.
  • Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to lead and engage cross-functional teams in research activities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey research findings and insights effectively.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel locally for on-site research activities when necessary.
  • A portfolio demonstrating your research work and strategy.

 

Working Environment:

 

This position offers a mostly remote work arrangement, with occasional onsite meetings and fieldwork as required. We value teamwork and collaboration, so being a good team player is essential to success in this role.
