UX Researcher

Scenic West Design is seeking a Freelance UX Researcher to join our team and contribute to key client projects. We specialize in creating engaging, innovative experiences for B2B SaaS, EdTech, and E-commerce industries. While we are primarily a remote team, we also have an office in Chattanooga. If you're passionate about user-centered design and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, we want to hear from you!

Requirements

• Draft user research strategy and approach plans to drive client-stakeholder buy-in and alignment.
• Create and validate user testing prompts as needed.
• Collaborate with designers to create testable prototypes.
• Conduct user research activities, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to uncover valuable insights and inform design decisions.
• Analyze user research findings and present them in clean, clear, client-ready presentations.
• Translate user research findings into an actionable design backlog.
