UX Designer

Currently, we are seeking a UX Designer

What You Will Be Doing:

• Developing and implementing an overall organizational data strategy that is in line with business processes. 
• Identifying data sources, both internal and external and working out a plan for data management that is aligned with organizational data strategy.
• Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors for the smooth functioning of the enterprise data system. 
• Defining and managing the flow of data and dissemination of information within the organization. 
• Integrating technical functionality, ensuring data accessibility, accuracy, and security.

Your Profile Includes:

• Professional studies preferably in communication sciences, graphic or industrial design, architecture or other humanities. 
• Training in Design Thinking, User Experience Design and Agile Methodologies 
• More than 4 years of experience in user-centered experience design. 
• More than 2 years of experience in digital product design. 
• 2+ years of experience leading fixed or dynamic multidisciplinary teams. 
• Diagnosis, planning and execution of design phases in different instances of the product life cycle. 
• Agile qualitative research methodologies, as well as, Semi-structured interviews, Safaris, Mystery Shopper, opinion sessions, co-creations, etc.
• Excellent communication and facility support skills, transfer of needs from users and linear teams and stakeholders. 
• Excellent data conceptualization and visualization 
• Customer Journeys, User Personas and graphical representations of data or dataviz. 
• Low, medium and high fidelity Wireframe design. 
• Good knowledge of libraries and design systems. 
• Use of design and prototyping tools: Figma, Sketch, MarvelApp, Adobe XD, Zeplin, InVision, others.
• High level of English
