• Conduct user research and gather insights to identify user needs and preferences.
• Create user journey maps and personas to inform the design process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and translate them into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
• Design and implement intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for our digital platforms.
• Ensure consistency in design and user experience across different digital touchpoints.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design and incorporate them into our design processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience in UX design, preferably in a digital product or service environment.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering insights.
• Knowledge of information architecture and interaction design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and solving complex design problems.
