UI Designer

ARTIDIS AG is a clinical-stage health-tech start-up company founded in Basel, Switzerland that has developed the first nanomechanical biomarker for cancer diagnosis and treatment optimization. The ARTIDIS nanotechnology platform integrates different types of clinical data into the ARTIDISNET digital platform, intended to allow physicians to significantly shorten the current diagnostic process and benefit both the patient and the healthcare system. ARTIDIS intends to enable professionals to design personalized cancer treatment plans tailored to individual patients' needs and desired outcomes.

We are seeking a UI Designer to join our team in a fast-paced startup environment. As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for crafting visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces while ensuring a consistent and cohesive design system. Your keen attention to detail, ability to collaborate effectively, and ability to give and receive feedback will be vital to your success in this role.

• Design System Expertise: Develop and maintain a design system that guarantees a seamless and visually engaging user experience across our digital products.
• Visual Design: Develop visually appealing layouts, color schemes, typography, and icons that enhance the overall user experience with keen attention to detail.
• Efficient Wireframing and Prototyping: Rapidly translate design concepts into wireframes and interactive prototypes to facilitate iterative design and development processes.
• User-Centric Design Principles: Demonstrate a deep understanding of user-centric design principles and create interfaces that prioritize the needs and preferences of end-users.
• Feedback Incorporation: Actively engage in feedback sessions, both giving and receiving constructive input, to improve design quality and address any issues or concerns.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure the seamless implementation of designs.
