Testing Analyst

The TRICARE Testing Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, functionality, and efficiency of TRICARE healthcare systems through comprehensive testing procedures. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of TRICARE policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Conduct end-to-end testing of TRICARE healthcare systems to verify functionality and performance.
Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on TRICARE requirements and specifications.
Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects, bugs, and system vulnerabilities.
Collaborate with developers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.
Document test results, defects, and resolutions in detail for reporting and auditing purposes.
Participate in the review and validation of system requirements to ensure alignment with TRICARE standards.
Provide support and guidance to other team members on testing methodologies and procedures.
Assist in the implementation of new TRICARE system updates, enhancements, and integrations.
Perform regression testing to ensure system stability and reliability after changes or updates.
