Want to deliver tech with purpose, with people who care?
Join us and develop cutting edge software solutions that helps keep children safe online
Who we are?
We’re a tech company that exists to protect and support every child's digital journey. We’ve grown fast - we’re ASX-listed and currently have over 500 people, working in Perth, Melbourne, Sydney, New Zealand, Europe (UK and Spain) and the US. We’re all proud of our incredible journey so far... and the best is yet to come. That’s where you come in!
What’s the opportunity?
As a Technical Writer in our global Knowledge Team, you’ll work with subject matter experts and your fellow technical writers to deliver high-quality technical documentation throughout our product lifecycle. Your primary focus will be working with our UK-based teams to develop end-user help content, but you’ll also be a key part of our design processes and knowledge sharing initiatives. You’ll be comfortable managing your own day-to-day work priorities, committed to continuous improvement, and motivated to become an expert in the products and tools you work with.
Here's how you'll do it.
What will you bring?
Why choose Smoothwall by Qoria?
In this role, you can expect:
More importantly, you’ll:
As part of our Knowledge Team, your work truly matters. Your creativity, organisational and communication skills, and understanding of our customers’ needs will help us improve our products and grow our business. This means helping more children stay safe online.
You’ll work with a team of professional documentarians who share your passion for high-quality documentation and continuous improvement. We all take ownership of our work, end to end, and are always ready to lend a helping hand.
A technical writer at Qoria isn’t just a lone documentarian creating help docs, but a valued part of our technology organisation. Your day to day work will be varied as you create docs, develop microcopy, collaborate on initiative pitches and more. Best of all, you’ll have the autonomy, flexibility, and support you need to excel.
There’s a place for everyone’s unique skill set within our team. You’ll have the opportunity to refine your skills on the job through a range of big and small projects, and exposure to different teams with different ways of working. You’ll also be supported while you develop new skills and specialisations, with both on-the-job and external training opportunities.
