Technical SDLC Project Manager

To advance these innovation projects, we are seeking an experienced Technical SDLC Project Manager (Remote - US Only). This critical role will be responsible for project managing software development initiatives, ensuring delivery that is on-time, within budget, and high quality. The ideal candidate will possess strong understanding of project managing remote, global teams, a deep understanding of software development processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity for an exceptional individual to take part in the very early stages of building an innovative software development function for the next generation of companies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Be the key point of accountability for a remote, global team of software developers 
• Project management of software development projects from inception to completion including oversight of the planning, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress, adjust plans as necessary, and resolve issues promptly to mitigate risks; coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• Experience (4+ years) in technical project management project roles focused on software development with remote, global teams
• Demonstrated self-organization skills, with proficiency in latest software development life cycle and Agile methodologies including leveraging tools such as Jira, Linear, etc. 
• Familiarity with the latest technology stacks and ability to talk to technical teams with a strong comprehension of what they are doing and how they are doing it
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• In addition to a competitive base salary between $110,000 - $150,000, we offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
