Technical Project Manager (Substrate)

One of MLabs' esteemed clients, a global leader in the blockchain technology industry, is currently seeking experienced Technical Project Managers with a focus on Substrate technology to join their rapidly expanding team. We are receiving generic Technical Project Manager applications, so it's essential to clarify that mandatory experience in Substrate/Polkadot is necessary for a successful application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of various blockchain projects centered around Substrate technology.
• Work closely with the client's team of developers and architects to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Monitor and track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in working with Substrate at the architecture level.
• Proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of project management tools.
• BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience developing Sidechain/Parachain technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in managing projects from the ideation phase through to successful execution.
• In-depth knowledge of the blockchain industry, with a strong understanding of decentralized technologies.
• Proven stakeholder management skills.
• Working on the Cardano blockchain.
