Job Description

The Technical Manager, Tech Consulting provides technical leadership expertise and oversight of team performance and growth, as well as all assigned project work involving Talent Function’s technical resources.
This role will be focused on directing and supporting innovative technical solutions development, implementation, testing/validation for system integrations and data migration projects across a myriad of Talent Acquisition and HR platforms.    

Duties and Responsibilities:
Technical Service Delivery Expertise

  • Develop, manage, and assign technical team resources for internal, client, and vendor partner projects.
  • Facilitate ongoing resource training and guidance around the design and development of repeatable integration solutions with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Leverage technical expertise to advise on available standards, methods, tools, and applications relevant to integration design, development, and deployment.
  • Engage with client business partners, architects, and other key resources to drive the identification and documentation of functional and technical requirements.
  • Monitor project milestones and technical deliverables in line with expected design, development, unit testing, end-to-end integration testing, cutover planning, launch readiness, deployment, and post-launch technical support.
  • Serve as escalation point for client and vendor partner leadership to drive successful issue mitigation and resolution.  

    Team Management & Leadership

  • Perform a wide range of managerial responsibilities, including interviewing, hiring, coaching, managing, and developing employees, planning, assigning, and directing work.
  • Mentor and guide team members through necessary processes.
  • Establish regular communications with the team, such as 1:1 meetings and team meetings with established agendas.

  • Contribute to and support a positive team environment.
  • Provide and accept feedback while looking for opportunities to help others.
  • Contribute to broader business goals by attending, participating, and collaborating in all relevant Talent Function meetings and initiatives, suggesting changes where needed. 

    Qualifications

    Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field required.

    -Language Requirements: English 

    Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition technology and operations with demonstrated successes.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Experience developing technical solutions for talent acquisition and HR systems.

    Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

  • Deep technical expertise with integrations with a wide range of applications and technologies.
  • Experience with reporting and RAAS.
  • Experience with Jitterbit or Dell Boomi, certification preferred.
  • Expertise in Python and SQL.
  • Experience with Workday required
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Smartsheet, Lucidchart, and other related software.     

    Additional Information

    The anticipated starting salary range for individuals in this position is of $99,000- $120,000 dependent upon experience, geography, and industry knowledge. 
    This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on the achievement of defined goals and benefits including:
