Technical Bookkeeper (Quality Control)

What is this role all about?

The Technical Bookkeeper (Quality Control) is a numbers wizard who is responsible for technical escalations from bookkeeping staff along with facilitating client account audits. This role will work with the Technical Manager to analyze quality control trends, develop root cause fixes, and ensure all processes are working efficiently.

• Prior experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and/or financial control work

• Prior experience with QuickBooks Online (bonus points if you know Gusto and/or law firm case management systems)

• Prior experience with recording payroll journal entries

• You know how to problem-solve and be detail-oriented

• Clear and professional verbal and written communication

• Extra bonus points if you have experience with legal three-way trust reconciliation!
