Write a technical design document, implementation plan, and create diagram of the existing and future Exchange environment
Install MS Exchange, including all pre-perquisites in a pre-production environment and production environment
Document and execute functional and non-functional test cases to validate the readiness of the environment
Migrate the mail flow from the old to the new environment
Collaborate with Windows OS and Networking team during the project execution. Provide status update of the progress

10+ years of working experience as a Technical Analyst
3-5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange 2016, 2019
2-3+ years of hands-on experience with creating and running PowerShell scripts
6-8+ years of experience with supporting and troubleshooting Windows Server (2016, 2019)
Foundational knowledge of Active Directory
Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills to be able to work well with technical peers and business stakeholders at different levels within the organization
Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to collaborate and work closely with external vendors
Self-motivated and proven ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work within tight deadlines
Excellent analytical, logical, and organizational skills
Post-secondary degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related experience in the IT field
