Weβre looking for a Tech Support Representative (or a lead generation pro who knows Upwork) to help our clients improve their results on Upwork using the GigRadar platform. π
What Youβll Do
π¬ Support Clients: Provide quick daily support through Intercom, email, and Slack.
π Check Profiles: Review client setups and freelancer profiles to ensure theyβre optimized.
π οΈ Handle Requests: Turn client requests into tasks for our tech team.
π€ Work with the Team: Collaborate with developers, account managers, and Upwork experts.
π Keep Clients Updated: Track progress on tasks and inform clients regularly.
What You Need
β Experience in tech support (B2B/SaaS) or Upwork lead generation.
π Knowledge of how Upwork works.
π£οΈ Good English skills for communication and problem-solving.
π Familiarity with tools like Intercom, Notion, Hubspot, and search methods like Boolean/ElasticSearch.
