Position: Team Lead Talent Acquisition (IT team).

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead our talent acquisition team, overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes hiring, onboarding, mentoring, competency development, and motivating team members.
- Global Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage with diverse sources of talent on international markets, ensuring we have access to the best talent pools worldwide.
- Enhanced Efficiency: Continuously strive to improve the efficiency of our recruitment processes, focusing on both volume and time-to-fill metrics.
- Process Optimization: Adapt and refine our hiring processes, ensuring they are effective and aligned with business needs. Provide training and guidance to the recruitment team and stakeholders while making suggestions for process improvements.
- Data-Driven Approach: Utilize data and metrics to analyze the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
- High-Level Recruitment: Independently handle senior-level recruitment for SDG, ensuring we attract top talent for key positions.
- Client Reporting: Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and results to SDG clients.
We expect from you:
Hard Skills:
- Experience in leading a small IT recruitment team (minimum of 2 people).
- Expertise in international talent acquisition.
- Experience in evaluating soft skills and managerial competencies.
- Proficiency in working with recruitment metrics - understanding how to measure recruitment success and make decisions based on metrics.
- Results-oriented mindset.
- English language proficiency at level C1 or higher.
