What do we need?

We are seeking a talented, detail oriented Team Lead to promote growth within our growing company. You will be leading an amazing team of individuals who love their job and you will have the opportunity to learn, be challenged, and grow your career. Ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and prior supervisory experience.

What will you provider?

 

  • Work a reduced caseload of accounts.
  • Oversee and mentor a team of Denial Resolution Specialists.
  • Assist in training of new employees.
  • Assist in ongoing training for existing team members.
  • Identify staff performance concerns and discuss with direct supervisor.
  • Assist with inventory reviews (such as quality reviews, aged reviews, etc.) as requested by supervisor.
  • Work with Supervisor to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Review accounts for closure as assigned adhering to internal and client processes.
  • Review and approve accounts for Coding and URN teams.
  • Assist and offer guidance to team members.
  • Identify and report trends to direct supervisor.
  • Provide incentive ideas to maintain motivation.
  • Assist with projects as requested.
  • Assist with team meetings.

Requirements

  • 2 years’ experience claim appeals and collections experience
  • Must have had a minimum of 6 months DRS2 experience within Aspirion
  • Must understand the importance and benefits of data quality
  • Must be able to interact with teams at every level of an organization
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings and recommendations
  • Must exhibit exceptional customer service skills for internal and external customers
  • Ability to effectively work within a team independently
  • Efficient time management and project management skills
  • Must be able to think critically, be detail-oriented with exceptional problem solving and research skills

 

*Position is full-time and remote.
