We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our Country Operations Team, that is responsible for talent management and talent development in the respective market as well as shaping the organizational culture, driving headcount effectiveness and company growth in our AUTO1 Group People Department. Your new role
- Create and execute various talent attraction and sourcing strategies to support recruiting teams
- Build diverse talent pipelines through LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms
- Leverage available databases and platforms to engage with passive talent and convert them into candidates
- Collaborate closely with the recruiting teams and hiring managers to understand needs of the business
- Use your creativity and strengthen our employer brand by demonstrating increased activity on LinkedIn
Your skills
- Previous experience in active candidate search, ideally gained within a recruitment agency, RPO environment or internal recruitment team
- Practical knowledge of active sourcing tools and techniques, experience finding candidates directly using a variety of different sources
- Solutions and results oriented approach
- Excellent English and fluent German language skills
- The ability to manage multiple fast-paced recruitment projects, delivering organizational efficiency with the highest attention to detail
