We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing TA team! This is a great opportunity to support the hiring efforts of our Human Resources organization. This is a remote, part-time position. 

What will you do?

  • Support the company's hiring efforts 
  • Using the company’s Applicant Tracking System, schedule a high volume of interviews and provide updates to candidates and hiring teams in a timely and positive manner
  • Maintain data integrity and that ensure all candidates are appropriately tracked in the ATS
  • Foster an excellent candidate experience 
  • Manage social media and branding efforts
  • Partner with hiring managers and leaders - building best practices for hiring together!
  • Assist with the new hire and onboarding process as needed

About you:

  • 1+ year of experience in Talent Acquisition, either in Recruiting, Recruiting Coordination, or Recruiting Operations, preferably at a high-growth startup
  • Experience using a recruiting Applicant Tracking System such as Greenhouse
  • You are impact oriented with a "get things done" mentality
  • You have excellent attention to detail and a flawless customer service skills 
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • You are service and people-oriented with strong interpersonal capabilities
