Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to devise effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through diverse channels and screen applications.
- Conduct Zoom and phone interviews and coordinate hiring processes.
- Maintain candidate records using applicant tracking systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends for optimal talent acquisition.

Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter in the global market, specifically within a fast-growing tech startup or SaaS company - mandatory.
- Skilled in English communication, with the added benefit of proficiency in Hebrew and/or Russian/Ukrainian languages.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software; experience with Comeet or similar ATS systems is a plus.
- CRM experience is advantageous.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Effective task prioritization and managing high-volume workloads in fast-paced environments.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities, self-motivated and capable of independent work.
- Open-minded and adaptable to innovative hiring approaches.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology or a related field - an advantage.
