About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Assistant you will assist the recruitment Team with the following tasks:
Assist the team in various recruitment parts ( job postings on the web and other network platforms If needed, etc.)
Assist the team in managing the ATS from opening to closing the job in the ATS.
Assist in the management of social networks for recruitment teams ( LinkedIn pages).
Assist in generating invoices for Talent Acquisition fees for clients.
Sourcing: search for potential candidates (databases, social networks).
Updating the database.
Processing of applications.
Organization of interviews If needed.
Ad-hoc administrative tasks (scanning, filing, folders).
About you
Currently studying for Bachelor's or Master’s degree
High interest in recruitment.
Excellent command of English (oral and written).
Proactive, reactive and eager to learn.
Interested in social networks, human relations and administration.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Sociable, enthusiastic, organized with a good team spirit.
