Systems Analyst On behalf of our client in the Consulting Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Systems Analyst. Systems Analyst - Job Description
Implement applications to support projects, departments, organizations or corporate services
Translate business requirements into systems design and technical specifications
Analyze and recommend alternatives and options for technical solutions
Analyze business requirements, perform feasibility studies, provide costing estimates for
options analysis, map interdependencies, and produce the required functional and technical
specifications or process re-engineering recommendations
Provide system expertise to both functional and technical teams to ensure effective
integration of solutions across the application(s)
Provide application support to end-users by troubleshooting and correcting issues, providing
training, and reporting to management
Systems Analyst - Mandatory Skills
1+ year experience in remedy development (remedy AR system workflow such as Active links, filters, menus, forms, escalations etc.) in recent years
1+ year experience – Hands on Building Service request using DWP Catalogue (SNOW Equivalent – End user portal)
If ServiceNow – Understanding of Digital workplace catalogue and Digital workplace
Developing CMDB solution (i.e. class structure, concepts of reconciliation and normalization), If service now (concepts for class, reconciliation etc.)
Ability to understand customer integration needs and developing in following areas
Ticket brokering using SOAP and RESTAPI
Design Data load for foundation and or CMDB – understand Atrium Integrator (previous experience developing is desirable)
3+ years of experience in configuring all OOTB functionality of the Incident, Problem, Change, – including foundation data, assignment rules, templates etc.
Ability to do requirement analysis in ITSM modules
Systems Analyst – Preferred Skills
For Saas & onPrem container projects: Container platform (Kubernetes, Openshift, AWS), Jenkins & related experience is preferred
HDM experience is preferred
Understanding RSSO (Remedy Single Sign On) capabilities is preferred i.e. SAML, OAuth
Chatbot and agent chat familiarity is preferred
BWF (Business workflow) familiarity is preferred
