We are excited to introduce a role for a Sustainability Analytics Engineer to join a dynamic team! This position will play a proactive role in leading sustainability data analytics, collaborating closely with sustainability teams and local/regional site representatives.

Responsibilities

• Utilize your experience in Sustainability Analytics to source, analyze, and interpret sustainability data to drive actionable insights and strategies
• Employ advanced data warehousing techniques, data modeling, and data visualization to deliver impactful analytics solutions
• Work with a diverse data technology stack that includes Cloudera/Hadoop, PowerBI/Tableau, and Snowflake
• Mainly work with SQL/Python/Spark, to manipulate, process, and analyze sustainability data
• Lead the design and maintenance of robust data warehousing solutions, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for sustainability initiatives
• Develop and optimize data models to support comprehensive sustainability reporting and analysis
• Create visually compelling data dashboards and reports using PowerBI, Tableau, and other visualization tools to effectively communicate sustainability performance
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and engage with local/regional site representatives to ensure accurate data collection, reporting and insights integration

• Master’s degree in a relevant field, with a strong emphasis on data analytics, environmental science, or related disciplines
• ~4 years of hands-on experience in Sustainability Analytics, demonstrating a proven ability to source, analyze, and interpret sustainability data
• Proficiency in utilizing data technology stack components such as Cloudera/Hadoop, PowerBI/Tableau, and Snowflake
• Strong expertise in SQL for data manipulation, with a familiarity in Python/Spark for data processing
• Exceptional skills in data warehousing, data modeming, and data visualization, with a focus on sustainability metrics
• Effectively manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality sustainability analytics services
• Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., ESG) is advantageous
• Fluency in English
