The Team:
We are product experts and ambassadors for Outreach. We build deep knowledge and understanding of our customers' goals and pain points to enable them to have the insights to Create & Close pipeline through the Outreach Sales Execution Platform.
Job Description:
As a Strategic Sales Leader at Outreach, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by leading and managing our enterprise sales team. You will lead a team of 8 Account Executives selling to large companies of 10,000 or more employees. You will play a key role in developing and executing the company's sales strategy, building strong customer relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a strong leader, and a skilled communicator with a proven track record of success in enterprise sales. This person will be a hands-on leader and exceptional coach at all times.
Location: United States
This position requires travel to customer locations and will need to reside near a large city hub.

Compensation for this role is comprised of a base salary and a variable component, ranging between $255,000 - $435,000. You may also be offered incentive compensation, restricted stock units, and benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. We have a location-based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
