Strategic Sales Account Executive

Position Title:  Strategic Sales Account Executive (S.A.E.) North America

Reports To:  Director of Sales & Marketing North America

Classification:  Exempt

Status:  Regular Full-time

 Location:  Houston-USA/ Remote           

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Account Executive to join our team at Hultec Group, S&B Technical Products. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving our sales success through a combination of strategic planning and hands-on execution. As a Strategic Account Executive, you will be responsible for new business development, maintaining key customer relationships, fostering internal alignment, and collaborating with regional teams to achieve our sales objectives. Your expertise in implementing efficient sales tools, developing customer training programs, and providing accurate sales forecasting will be key to our growth. Additionally, your strategic pricing actions and effective communication within the organization will play a vital role in our continued success. Primary Responsibilities

  • Input to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with a focus on the North American market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials and campaigns.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with customers.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to optimize team performance and profitability.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
  • Stay informed about product developments and innovations to effectively communicate value to customers.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the pipe industry, particularly in water, sewer & drainage applications.
  • Familiarity with the North American market and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a customer-centric approach.
