Strategic Account Executive

ViSenze, an AI-powered Commerce Search and Discovery platform, is looking to hire a motivated and experienced Strategic Account Executive. We revolutionize the retail industry with product discovery solutions, processing over a billion monthly queries globally from retailers such as Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, Rakuten, Zalora, Mango, and Target. Our mission is to empower customers to 'See. Style. Shop', and we need you to help us continue to deliver this promise.

This role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer, with a dotted line to the Country Manager, India and will work across the enterprise sales & marketing organization to collectively deliver the commercial success of the region.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Developing sales strategies and specific account plans to ensure reaching annual revenue targets and new customer growth in India and SE Asia. Advancing and closing sales opportunities through successfully executing your implemented sales strategy.

    • Acting as a trusted advisor so you can understand prospects' commerce search & recommendation challenges and establish positive relationships based on knowledge of customer requirements. Understanding their technology footprint, growth plans, and D2C industry trends.

    • Manage and grow a sales pipeline within your list of strategic accounts. Leading all account relations and owning the end-to-end cycle, including regular monthly or quarterly business reviews.

    • Engaging closely with ViSenze's Solution Engineering and Product teams to fine-tune solutions depending on the size and need of the customer. Learn from other regions' customers' commerce experiences and use cases to drive more stickiness.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 7+ years of experience and a proven track record in sales, business development, and account management. Be knowledgeable in e-commerce and technology.

  • Possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Be able to understand and articulate retail consumer journeys.

  • Be a self-starter, proactive, and able to work independently. Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
