Staff Software Engineer

*Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Staff Software Engineer*
* Coding 80% of the time
* Working with/leading a team of offshore Software Engineers
* Defines architecture, technology standards, processes for new applications yet to be built.
* Develops software at all layers by programming, designing, and testing code to meet requirements.
* Sets direction and leads other software engineers to meet business outcomes
* Gains a thorough understanding of functional requirements for new software requests
* Review all project-related design documents and ensure alignment with enterprise software development standards including change management.
* Participate in integration testing with internal applications and with external third-party external applications.



*Required skills for the Staff Software Engineer*
* Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, preferably in Computer Science or related field
* 8+ years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* 3+ years of experience in a leadership capacity while remaining hands-on
* 5+ years of experience with .NET Core
* 2+ years of experience with React.js.
* Experience working with cloud-based infrastructure
* Ability to work with and collaborate with an Offshore team
* Experience working with Salesforce is a huge plus

Pay: $78.00 - $93.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
