Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. US Non-IT Recruiter to join our team at iSoftTek Solutions Inc. As a Sr. Non-IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for various non-IT positions across multiple industries. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in non-IT staffing and recruiting, with a strong understanding of the US job market and industry-specific staffing needs.
This role requires excellent sourcing skills, the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates and a track record of consistently delivering top talent promptly. The Sr. Non-IT Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand job requirements, source qualified candidates, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in non-IT staffing and recruiting, preferably in a US-based recruiting agency.
- Expertise in sourcing and recruiting candidates for various non-IT domains, including but not limited to Construction, Telecommunication, Food Production, Accounting & Finance, Architectural, Healthcare, Engineering, Manufacturing, Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain & Logistics, Administrative & Clerical, Customer Service, Education & Training, Legal, Operations & Project Management, Hospitality & Tourism, Real Estate & Property Management, Retail, and Transportation.
- Strong knowledge of the US job market and industry-specific staffing needs.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality candidates promptly.
- Excellent sourcing skills using various platforms and tools.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing and recruiting strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media, and networking, to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job-related information in the ATS.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices.
