Job Description

We are actively seeking an energetic individual to play a key role in the rapid expansion of Quinsite’s Comprehensive Healthcare Analytics Platform™. The Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for collaborating with business and product teams to successfully execute, maintain, and manage new client implementations and internal projects. The ideal candidate holds strengths in organization, coordination, decision-making, communication, and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

  • New Client Implementations
    • Serve as the main point of contact for new clients from contract signature through go-live
    • Clarify scope in concert with the client
    • Document process flows & requirements
    • Deliver requirements to Tech Team for development
    • Manage project timeline
    • Define and manage communication plan with all stakeholders
    • Track changes to requirements and acceptance criteria
    • Manage, coordinate, and execute testing plan
    • Ensure timely delivery of functionality from Tech Team to client
    • Administer daily stand ups to ensure timely delivery of implementations
    • Coordinate, document, and execute lessons learned
    • Manage & mitigate risks across projects, proactively working to prevent scope and timeline creep
    • Handoff to Client Success, ensuring clarity of client requirements
  • Manage internal projects via software development lifecycle, as needed
  • Program Management
    • Collaborate with Leadership, Tech, and Client Success teams on process improvements
    • Update project templates to implement lessons learned
    • Proactive communication; establish cadence for written and meeting updates
    • Track, manage, and report project statuses to leadership team
    • Provide concise program-level updates to all stakeholders
    • Seek and implement opportunities to reduce implementation timelines



Qualifications
  • Degree in Business or related field
  • 5+ years experience in project management, CAPM or PMP preferred, healthcare industry preferred
  • Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with MS Office suite and PM tools such as Smartsheet
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent time management and organization skills with ability to multitask
  • Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills
  • Ability to lead teams and be decisive
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
