Overview: 

INTECON, LLC is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to support the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Strategic Plan. As a critical member of our team, you will provide essential professional and management support services critical to the success of DCSA's missions. You will be responsible for supporting initiatives that align with the DCSA Strategic Plan, Organization Design and Realignment Support, Workforce and Workplace Studies, and/or providing project management support.

Key Responsibilities:

Organization Design and Realignment Support:

  • Analyzing organization structures and environments to provide recommendations for creating or restructuring targeted elements of the agency aligned with the DCSA Strategic Plan.
  • Performing business case analysis, benchmarking, process analysis and design, and developing organizational design courses of action.
  • Facilitating meetings, focus groups, training, and other activities related to organizational change.
  • Supporting DCSA's transformation into a High Impact Service Provider (HISP) with a focus on Customer Experience (CX).

Workforce and Workplace Studies:

  • Conducting studies of high-impact initiatives and activities to optimize processes, workforce, and workplace across the agency.
  • Providing recommendations for areas to study that support agency maturation and improvement.
  • Utilizing change management best practices to address organizational dynamics and impacts associated with implementing change.

Project Management Support Activities:

  • Providing project management support for key agency meetings addressing current, critical, and emerging topics affecting the agency.
  • Planning, scheduling, compiling briefing materials, and facilitating efficient and effective meeting execution.
  • Offering facilitation support for enterprise-wide projects and activities.

Program Strategy Support:

  • Supporting cross-mission integration projects and activities through alignment with the DCSA Strategic Plan.
  • Providing documentation support, data collection, research, analysis, and facilitation for cross-mission initiatives.
  • Applying change management principles and best practices to support the DCSA Strategic Plan and integration projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is preferred.  Will consider:
    • position related trainings and certificates in-lieu of a degree.
    • additional four (4) years of experience in-lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of Ten (10+) years of experience in Project Management or related field.
  • Understanding of DoD Security Policies.
  • Proficiency in organizational analysis, change management, and facilitation.
  • Ability to interact effectively with staff and senior leaders across the agency.
  • Experience overseeing the efforts and performance of team members.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Desired Certifications:
    • PMI Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or
    • Project Management Professional (PMP).
