Trilogy Federal is seeking an experienced Sr. Program Analyst for an opportunity with a large federal customer. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of experience with federal auditing or audit support, in a large cabinet-level organization, which are essential to the successful performance of the program. The Sr. Program Analyst should be a self-starter who demonstrates initiative and has experience in taking ownership of work assignments.
The chosen candidate will join a skilled team of professionals dedicated to the management of internal controls in a healthcare environment. Our team provides expert technical accounting and auditing advice and services at a level equivalent to experienced and industry audit and accounting professional standards.
This position is remote except for occasional domestic business trips to client facilities. Some overtime work may be required from time to time to support this fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a variety of teams (both business and technical) to develop solutions to business needs. Assist in conducting analyses of specific issues and identification of alternatives. Assist in preparing audit programs, perform field work, prepare work papers, consolidate findings, prepare recommendations, and write audit reports. Evaluate internal control deficiencies. Consolidate, review, and analyze data for client deliverables. Ad hoc and other administrative support tasks, as assigned. Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum 8 years total experience. Experience performing internal control assessments. Agility and ability to change course based on shifting plans, priorities, and timelines. The ability to support occasional business travel, as needed.Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal. Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment focused on learning, opportunities for impact, and collaboration with colleagues. Proficient in the following MS Office Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. The ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs and/or Veterans Health Administration is a plus. Prior experience working in a healthcare organization (e.g., hospital, health system, health insurance company, military health etc.). Benefits (including but not limited to):
