Flowspace is actively seeking a seasoned Sr. Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team and play a pivotal role in driving revenue across channels. In this position you will be responsible for establishing a feedback loop between sales, customer success, and product, improving opportunity and close rates by training the sales team on feature releases and messaging, plus enhancing net revenue retention through strategic feature adoption.
What You'll Do:
Optimize revenue mix between fulfillment and SaaS by determining the right pricing strategy and testing in the market. Obtain upsell revenue and increased retention by leading a “voice of the customer” program, including programs such as the Industry Advisory Board and the Customer Advisory Board.Execute revenue-generating product releases by establishing a monthly feedback loop to gather insights from customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders.Raise adoption of key revenue-driving activities in our platform, specifically for AI and Automation releases. Work with product to define and implement beta exit criteria for new releases plus create clear pricing strategies if required for new product enhancements.Improve close-rates by working closely with the sales team to train on content and solution selling for Flowspace Core (Emerging, Scaling, and Established)Shorten sales cycle by standing up weekly webinars with live Q&A for prospects to show the value of our product and differentiators.Increase market share by segment by creating sales collateral and campaigns plus conducting monthly sales training.Work with finance to improve cost of customer acquisition (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), conversion rates, and revenue growth.Develop sales enablement materials and lead a monthly training to support the sales team in effectively communicating product value.Collaboration with demand gen to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.Further refine our Ideal Customer Profile and messaging to the market.Who We're Looking For:
4+ years of product marketing or experience in a similar role at a B2B SaaS companyProven Product Marketing expertise, including positioning, messaging, launch strategy and execution, pricing and packagingAbility to thrive in an environment that encourages open communication, collaboration, and agilityStrong presentation skills and ability to create a compelling narrative, paired with strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize, problem solve, multi-task and work independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplaceEnthusiastic self-starter with a willingness to operate at both highly strategic levels to define customer problems / marketing / positioning of our product - and also at very tactical levels, such as training sales teams or working in close collaboration with customersDemonstrated the ability to influence others and build strong working relationships across departmentsBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience requiredExperience in training salesExperience in positioning, messaging, and curating ideal customer profile insightsAbility to analyze and present content Experience with Hubspot, Google analytics, or Notion
