*Job Title: *Sr. Epic Data Analytics Developer (Sr. Data Analyst Developer)

*Location: *Tulsa, OK

*Travel:* Mostly remote, but must be willing to come on-site 3 - 4 times per year for team building and meetings.

*Duration:* Full-time, Direct Hire

*Job Summary:*

The Sr. Data Analyst Developer supports performance measures, ongoing measurement, data collection, reporting, data visualization, and information dissemination. The analyst develops and fine-tunes data visualization solutions, which includes coding, testing, debugging, designing and implementation. This role researches and plans analytic solutions for existing and new issues within the organization.



*Requirements / Qualifications:*
* 5+ years of Epic analytics and reporting experience, working with Epic data and focused on Data Visualizations.
* Must have experience deploying a data visualization tool at an enterprise level in an Epic environment. Power BI Strongly preferred, but will consider a candidate with Tableau or Qlik as well.
* Epic Clarity and Caboodle Certified - Clinical focused. Must be clinical focused and have strong experience working with clinical data.
* Strong communication skills with ability to mentor more junior team members.



*Essential Functions / Responsibilities:*
* Acts as a subject matter data expert and partners with IT/business experts to solve high priority organizational analytical concerns.
* Develops data visualization design and follows institutional standards for data visualization.
* Gathers, documents, and builds business logic of metrics into a dataset for ad hoc use to improve self-sufficiency in data access.
* Collaborates with analytics training staff to develop job aids and other training documents for solutions.
* Assists data stewards and data architects populate, automate, and maintain metadata tables and columns as well as metrics, reports, dashboards, etc. to make the Enterprise Data Warehouse easier to navigate and facilitate good data governance.
